So this real creepy-lookin' guy, 'Kotsuzuka', told me about these other guys who decide the fate of the world through card games, too.

I figured, what the heck, it can't do any harm. Who knows, maybe there's an evil genius on my caliber in their bunch.

At any rate, they'll at least be good for a laugh.
